ITSC 2007 – Here I Come!!!

Greetings all…. It has been quite some time since I have had a chance to blog. I have had some huge changes recently and have needed to get myself organised. Finally, I am on holidays and yet I am off to a conference this week down in Sydney. The Innovative technology in schools conference is run by Apple here in Australia for educators around the Asia Pacific region. Unfortunately, I only got down for 1 day of the conference last year. This year should be a wonderful learning experience with 1 day on the technical issues of running hardware and software in schools, 3 days of edtech chit chat and another day where I am learning some programing skills. I decided to simply attend this conference and become the student instead of the teacher. While I enjoy presenting at conferences, I do like the idea of taking off the teaching hat and replacing it with the learner hat for a week. I have added the conference to hitchhikr and will be tagging posts with itsc07 for those that want to follow the events of the week. I will also be tagging all pics with the same tag and invite those who are attending the conference to do likewise.

Well I fly out early tomorrow morning (6am flight) and head straight into sessions once I arrive. I am going to try and post as much as I can (and presenters allow).
